Who Really Owns Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited

An Expansion of Yesterday's Post

On my last post, I stated that Darrell Ridley was a part owner of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited. That post provoked Maxx Kremer to issue a statement that categoricallydenied that Darrell Ridley had any ownership of Cleverbridge Propriety Limited and that he was the sole owner.

Today's Events

Then today on his reloaded skins website, Maxx posted a link to a "Disclaimer Notice",  located directly below the Navigation Bar.  There he states that these baseless allegations are affecting his business and personal life.  He then states that he is providing his company's registration details on the legal page of the site. (available on the dropdown of the Policy tab in the Navbar).  The disclaimer notice is signed by Maxx Kremer, Director and Secretary of Cleverbridge Propriety Limited.

On the legal page near the top are two thumbnails which when clicked, show a portion of a ASIC document which indeed shows Maxx Kremer as a director and secretary of the company.  Note the absence of any date other than the date that the company was formed.  Note also that the document shows only Maxx Kremer as an officer, not as an owner of the company.

More About Yesterday's Post

Maxx Kremer claims that everyone should substantiate their claims with proof.  I wholeheartedly agree, and I have it.

What I didn't mention in yesterday's post was the fact that such proof existed as evidenced by information shown on the ASIC Company Extract – Current, as prepared by the Australian Securities & Investments Company as extracted from ASIC's database at 17:44:44 on 15/09/2009 (Australian Time)

Only portions of the document as shown in this post but a means will be provided to allow download of the entire pdf document.

This first image shown above taken from the document shows the company address.  Note that the address contains the name of "Darrell Ridley"  The image aso shows the officeholders, the sole one being, "Darrell Ridley" as Director.

Remember the date of this download was September 15.

This second image shows the Share Structure and that 1 1 share of stock has been issued  by the company.  The second panel shows that single share to be owned by "Darrell Ridley".

The third panel in this image shows all filings made before my download date of September 15, the last being on September 11, 2009. By definition, all of these modifications are included in the Current Extract.

Maxx Kremer isn't even mentioned in the Extract, and as sole shareholder, Darrell Ridley indeed owns Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited, just as claimed.  The only surprise when I downloaded the document was that Darrell Ridley was the "sole owner".

Why would Maxx Kremer allow that?  Does he know?

This story will continue tomorrow.

Happy Birthday Darrell Ridley

I would like to take the opportunity today to wish my nemesis, Darrell Ridley a very Happy Birthday.  Why, you may wonder would I ever wish the snake that steals $40000 from me, cancels a hosting account that I had purchased in response to an offer made on the Semiologic forum and then refused to pay affiliate earnings on business that I sent his way during the time when I thought he was a decent guy.

Darrell now takes every opportunity to degrade me both professionally and personally and calls me a liar for making statements that he says that I can't prove regarding his involvement with Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited and the websites it controls.  These websites include semiologicreloadedskins.com,  semiologictutorials.tv, cleverbridge.biz,  hostingprimetime.inc, and of course maxxkremer.com.

But wait, Maxx Kremer claims that Cleverbridge Proprietary is his company and even states the following on their tutorials website:

We were stunned at how Vanosdol could even tie us with the likes of Darrell Ridley.

Wow, imagine, Maxx Kremer basically distancing himself from Darrell Ridley.   Well,  if I owned a company that Darrell Ridley was thought to be a participant, I would take the same stance.  Who to believe?

Anyway, the purpose of this post was to wish Darrell a Happy Birthday.   Tomorrow is another day.  ;-)
