Maxx Kremer, owner of Semiologic skins has a website at maxxkremer.com now identified as Maxx's Design Studio with a tag line of  "fine designs".  On the homepage is a link to Maxx's portfolio.

I must say that this portfolio is quite impressive.  What a range of websites, logos, and other web designs.  Almost fooled me, and it may have fooled you also.

Maxx's portfolio is a complete fabrication using a product from a top producer of stock Flash files at http://www.oxylusflash.com.  The Maxx Kremer portfolio is exactly the same as the portfolio on the demo located at http://www.oxylusflash.com/files/1544/index.html.

Maxx (Darrell) didn't even change the images.  Probably thought this deception would go undiscovered since the flash producer is in Romania.

I now wonder who creates the seniologic reloaded skins?

Incidentally, the portfolio or media gallery as used on Maxx's site is available for $20.00 from the Oxylusflash website.  Quite a bargain.  But do change the images.

Semiologic Reloaded Skins is a part of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited along with Semiologic Tutorials and Prime Time Hosting. No one disputes that. The question is really "Who Owns Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited" and is answered in the continuation of our post from September 17.

Due to a discrepancy in the ownership details that I downloaded and those furnished by Maxx Kremer, I decided to download the details once again. Note that my download indicates that Darrell Ridley was sole owner and officeholder as of September 15, 2009, while Maxx Kremer showed a portion on a document showing be was a Director and Secretary.

Change in Structure of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited

Sure enough, a change was made in the structure of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited and was filed and recorded on September 16, 2009.

The new filing removes Darrell Ridley's name from the address and also reference to "Kurrajone Sanctuary" The change relative to the address of the Registered Office does not become effective until September 23.

The above image shows that Darrell Ridley is no longer an officeholder and has installed Maxx Simon Kremer as Director, Alternate Director and Secretary. The Share Holders Block continues to show that Darrell Ridley is the sole shareholder of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited holding 1 share, or 100 % of all shares issued by the company.

My claim the Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited, Semiologic Reloaded Skins, Semiologic Tutorial dot TV and Prime Time Hosting are owned by Darrell Ridley is true and that all claims to the contrary made on their website are patently false.

Once again, when Darrell Ridley lacks facts to back up his claims, he resorts to attacking the messenger.
