Maxx Kremer, owner of Semiologic skins has a website at maxxkremer.com now identified as Maxx's Design Studio with a tag line of  "fine designs".  On the homepage is a link to Maxx's portfolio.

I must say that this portfolio is quite impressive.  What a range of websites, logos, and other web designs.  Almost fooled me, and it may have fooled you also.

Maxx's portfolio is a complete fabrication using a product from a top producer of stock Flash files at http://www.oxylusflash.com.  The Maxx Kremer portfolio is exactly the same as the portfolio on the demo located at http://www.oxylusflash.com/files/1544/index.html.

Maxx (Darrell) didn't even change the images.  Probably thought this deception would go undiscovered since the flash producer is in Romania.

I now wonder who creates the seniologic reloaded skins?

Incidentally, the portfolio or media gallery as used on Maxx's site is available for $20.00 from the Oxylusflash website.  Quite a bargain.  But do change the images.

I have delayed making this post partly because I have been busy with other things, but also because I wanted to see what effect my provious posts might have on the websites of Maxx Kremer, Semiologic Reloaded Skins and Semiologic Tutorial.  As expected, the sites have been completely reformated and actually have a "semblance of decency".

But don't be disallusioned.  Darrell Ridley is a master of diversion and deception.  And yes, the deception continues, or so it appears. For example, the filings made to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission show the following :

1. Document No 7E2434078 shows the office of Secretary held by Maxx Simon Kremer. Born 16/11/1956 in New York and residing in New York
2. Document No 7E2300916 shows the office of former/ceased Director held by Maxx Kremer, Born 27/09/1952 in Sydney and residing in Oueensland, AU.

Two Maxx Kremers, one born in New York, The other in Australia with different ages and dates of birth. The Maxx Kremer that is now listed as sole owner/officer is the one that claims to be born in New York and residing in New York as shown below.

This is actually in conflict with information on Maxx Kremer's own website at his webpage at http://maxxkremer.com/about-us.html where he states that he was originally from Australia and now resides in Glens Falls, New York.

The information filed with respect to the birth dates of Maxx Kremer seems questionable to me and I submitted an inquiry to ASIC  for their consideration.
