Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited's Owner of Record
Newton's Third Law of Motion states:
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
That certainly has been the case in the Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited/Semiologic Reloaded Skins debacle. The action-reaction over the last few days is as follows:
- On September 17, I posted proof that Darrell Ridley was not only an owner, but was the sole owner of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited and all of its associated websites. That was followed by a posting on the Semiologic Reloaded Skins website showing a partial screenshot of an Australian Securities and Securities printout that showed that Maxx Kremer was a Director and Secretary of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited.
- Sure enough, a check of the site on September 17 showed that Darrell Ridley had appointed/elected/selected Maxx Kremer as Director, Alternate Director and Secretary of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited. What was omitted however was the fact that the same document indicated that Darrell Ridley still owned all of the stock. I pointed out that ommission on September 21.
- When I checked the Australian Securities and Investment website on September 22, I find that the record had been changed again with Maxx Kremer now the sole owner of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited. All notations disavowing a connection with Darrell Ridley, ownership by Maxx Kremer, and posts attacking me personally were removed from the Semiologic Reloaded Skins website
So after three rounds of action-reaction, Maxx Kremer is the owner of record of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited.
Keep in mind that Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited has intentionally mislead all of their customers on the true ownership of the company.
I believe that the deception is continuing and I am working with people in Australia to expose it. Stay tuned
