Due to a discrepancy in the ownership details that I downloaded and those furnished by Maxx Kremer, I decided to download the details once again. Note that my download indicates that Darrell Ridley was sole owner and officeholder as of September 15, 2009, while Maxx Kremer showed a portion on a document showing be was a Director and Secretary.

Sure enough, a change was made in the structure of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited and was filed and recorded on September 16, 2009.

The new filing removes Darrell Ridley's name from the address and also reference to "Kurrajone Sanctuary" The change relative to the address of the Registered Office does not become effective until September 23.

The Share Holders Block continues to show that Darrell Ridley is the sole shareholder of Cleverbridge Proprietary Limited holding 1 share, or 100 % of all shares issued by the company.
